Service Terms
- Affinity Xpress provides international and domestic courier services
- Services are subject to availability and operational capacity
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified
- Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special handling
- We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited items
Liability & Insurance
- Standard liability coverage is included with all shipments
- Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
- Additional insurance coverage is available for high-value items
- Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- We are not liable for delays due to customs or force majeure events
Prohibited Items
- Dangerous goods including explosives, flammable materials, and chemicals
- Illegal substances and controlled medications
- Weapons, ammunition, and military equipment
- Perishable items without proper packaging
- Items that violate import/export regulations of destination countries
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of shipment unless credit terms are established
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Additional fees may apply for fuel surcharges and remote area delivery
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
